TREE REMOVAL/THINNING PROJECT

Tree Removal/Thinning/Treatment Project (ongoing)

Last summer/fall we began our tree thinning and removal of dead/diseased trees in the community. The project began with the removal of any diseased alley pine trees and thinning of the pear trees along the streets. This project will continue in 2019 and beyond with the additional removal of any dead/diseased Oaks tree along the Sargas Alley/71 and any pine trees they missed last year. The Board is asking for patience during this project and not to interrupt the work by the contractors.

The board has noticed that some units have personal property along some of these locations. CPS would like to ask the residents that have personal property in along these areas to remove the items before work begins on April 1, 2019, so as to not risk damage to these items. The board would like to notify the residents that the tree service, and the association cannot assume financial responsibility for these items if they are damaged due to non-compliance.
