Trash/Recycle Bin Update

As you know, CPS was recently selected by the Board of Directors as the new Management Agent for the VPP effective November 2018.
With any change, we try our best to make the transition as smooth as possible. We understand there were letters/warnings sent out by CPS regarding the storage of trash/recycle bins in the community. CPS understood that to mean on the side of the garage if in view. This interpretation of the rule was incorrect and CPS has taken corrective action to remove any warnings or fines that many unit owners received.
