HOLIDAY DECORATIONS:

Lights or decorations are not permitted on Common Elements Trees or shrubbery. Holiday lights and decorations are permitted in the Limited Common mulched areas, trees/shrubbery and homes. They may not be displayed more than 30-days before the holiday and must be removed no later than 30-days after the holiday.
