Monthly Board Meetings have an open forum for residents!

If you would like to attend the open forum, you must contact CPS 5-7 business days before the monthly board meeting. This notification is required so the topic you would like to discuss can be added to the agenda. Typically board meetings are on the 3rd Thursday of each month. The open forum has a time limit of 15-minutes.

VPP has a private group page on Facebook!

The VPP group, named Village at Polaris Park Association, is for owners/residents in the community. It’s family oriented, board run community group for you to post pics of items for sale/giving away, lost pets, asking questions, getting recommendations, etc.
